At Revither, we stand behind every product we offer. We understand that your hair restoration journey is personal, and we want your experience with us to be completely worry-free. Please read our return policy carefully before making a purchase.
Return Window
You have 60 days from the date of delivery (as confirmed by your order tracking) to initiate a return. Requests submitted after this period will not be accepted, with no exceptions.
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:

Unused and in its original condition

Returned in its original, undamaged packaging

Accompanied by a valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return under any circumstances:

Gift cards

Items showing signs of use, damage, alteration, or neglect

Items returned more than 14 days after the confirmed delivery date
Return Shipping
If you are returning a non-defective item, return shipping costs are your responsibility. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method (certified mail or a reliable courier), as Revither cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
⚠️ Please note: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is approved, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.
Return Fees
To cover handling and processing, the following return fees apply:
Uncollected or Refused Deliveries
If an order is not collected or refused at delivery, it will be treated as a voluntary return. The standard return fee structure above will apply, and any additional costs incurred — including outbound shipping, return shipping, customs duties, or handling charges — will be deducted from the refunded amount.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will receive an email notification confirming receipt and informing you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within a few business days.

Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange a defective item for the same product, please contact us at contact@revither.com with your order number and a description of the issue.
Gift Returns

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you: you will receive a store credit for the value of the returned item once it is received and approved.

If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase: the refund will be issued to the original purchaser, who will be notified of the return.
Warranty
Coverage: If a product is found to be defective due to faulty materials or workmanship, Revither will — at its sole discretion — repair or replace the item free of charge.
Exclusions: This warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

Misuse, accident, or neglect

Unauthorized modification or repair

Natural disasters or circumstances beyond our control

Normal wear and tear on consumable parts or accessories
How to File a Warranty Claim: Contact us at contact@revither.com with your proof of purchase and a detailed description of the issue. We reserve the right to request additional documentation to validate your claim.

Once your return is approved, ship the item back to us and provide the tracking number — returns without a tracking number cannot be guaranteed as received.
